This is not a retreat.

It’s a weekend of expansion.

Life is full of noise. We spend our days so tangled up in the full and busy act of doing that the obligations and the overwhelm constrict us until we forget to notice the expansiveness of life around us.

There's more. More space to breathe than we realize. More room for peace. There's more wisdom deep within you, ready to guide you to be more intentionally present in the life you already live in.

It's time to step into the space where you reclaim the moment, live more consciously in the world around you, and weave growth into the life you're living.

This is not a retreat. It's a weekend of expansion.

What you’ll experience and carry home

  • Reconnect with yourself, appreciation for your story of strength and resilience, and a deeper connection with nature.

  • Practice the difference between escaping your life and inhabiting it more fully.

  • Know what groundedness feels like in your body so you can find your way back to it in the middle of everyday life.

  • Give yourself permission to take up space for your own replenishment.

  • Walk away trusting that the wisdom you need has been within you all along; you just needed the space to hear it.

Two weeks after our expansive time together, we'll gather again for an hour-long integration call for sharing and questions related to what you discovered and carried home with you.

How we’ll flow through the time

Expect to move between experience and reflection all weekend. We'll guide you into something first, then invite you to notice how it felt in body, mind, and spirit, so it becomes a thread woven into the fabric of your being moving forward.

Throughout the Weekend: Story Work

Woven throughout are moments of story work — simple prompts to help you notice the narrative you've been living by, and to start writing the stories you want to weave into your life moving forward.

Friday: A contemplative welcome with a Meshin Meal

Friday evening opens with a Meshin Meal — a contemplative meal experience built on the principles of intentional presence, open-mindedness, inclusion, universal humanity, and gratitude. The meal will unfold with a narrative of connection, with reflections and prompts woven into every course and custom around the table.

Saturday: Into Nature

Saturday moves into nature: guided forest bathing, quiet reflection with prompt cards, time for sharing, and ample space to simply be present to what's around you — no phone, no agenda, just what is.

Sunday: Integration intention

We’ll close our time together by setting intention for how your experience will expand into everyday life from here forward.

“All the inputs I received from nature, activities, and human interaction was confirming to me of who I am, that I am enough, that more creativity is coming, that I can do hard things, that ego can simmer down, and I’ll be fine.”
